Factory is
established in new Borg El Arab city 2nd
industrial zone, it embraces four production
stages starting from cutting till packing and its
daily production capacity reaches 40000 pieces
daily.
The production capacity in cutting
section amounts to 10000 pcs/day: it contains 3
cutting tables, one cutting machine with four
scissors two of them are automatic and the rest
two are manual Stage number two is sewing, our
sewing section consists of total 189 sewing
machines performing all sewing steps 6 lines with
12 sewing machines Stage number three is
ironing with a total 32 ironing tables.
There is a section for embroidery's styles
it has 2 embroidery machines.
