Dye House is our
main factory which processes the primary
production stages. It is settled at new Borg El
Arab city 2nd industrial zone, Alex
Stage
number one takes place within the knitting section
which contains 14 machines that perform all kinds
of knitting with a production capacity 4 Tons per
day.
Stage number two is dyeing our dyeing
house contains 7 machines which perform all stages
regarding cotton & polyester dyeing with a
production capacity 12 Tons per day.
Stage number three will be printing, our
printing section contains two manual and two
automatic machines in addition to hand printing
tables provided with a tex design software to
separate colors. The production capacity is 4000
pieces per day.
Stage number four takes us to marking section
where we have Gerber marking machine which covers
all the production requirements. |
